We are committed to the empowerment and education of young women of color. We believe by empowering young women of color with history, knowledge and skills they can rise above institutional and societal systems of oppression’s and see the beauty within themselves. We believe a person’s self-esteem and self-reflection is directly related to their life choices. Beautiful Bodies Inside and Out is dedicated to reminding young women of color how beautiful they are inside and out by deconstructing the effects of criminalization.
